(Right) This dress was probably initially ordered for the Wales' trip to Japan in November 1990, for the enthronement of Emperor Akihito. Here she is with then Crown Prince (now King) Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands at a banquet during the festivities.(below) (Left) A month later in December she wore it to a charity concert at the Barbicon for the Prince's Trust. In 1991 she took it on the Wales' trip to Brazil in April, wearing it to watch a samba performance, and near Christmas of 1991, she was seen in it again when attending a rock concert with her sons in aid of the Royal Marsden Hospital Cancer Appeal, of which she was Patron, at the Royal Albert Hall(Right).






Polyester red lace over raspberry satin 2-piece cocktail suit. Fully lined in a lighter pink. Jacket features textured 'buttons' on the front and sleeves that mimic the lace ones on the original, and closes with snaps. Skirt has hangar loops and also closes with snaps. Optional red satin clutch bag. Shown with the shoes from the Red Bow Dress and earrings from the Inspecting the Guard outfit. Shimmery hose from Dollsecrets.
