Dachshunds for 30 years, and have trained and shown both breeds in
obedience, conformation, and most recently have been learning the wonderful sport of agility. One of my
other favorite interests is Therapy Dog work. My oldest Golden Retriever, Jesse, and I regularly visit
the patients at our local hospital. I am also very involved in GRIN (Golden Retrievers in Need), which is Northeastern Ohio's Golden Retriever rescue group. I am very proud of my beautiful Golden Retrievers.
I do not breed Golden Retrievers or
Dachshunds, but am always happy to assist dog lovers who are searching for well-bred, healthy puppies, in finding
good, reputable breeders. I am a member of The Golden Retriever Club of America. I am also a co-founder of Pawsitive Dog Training. My training partner, Lisa McFarland, and I offer classes on beginner and intermediate levels, along with a Canine Good Citizenship. Our classes are located at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Painesville, Ohio.
