    Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Larry Fielder. I own and operate Phoenix Appraisals. Phoenix Appraisals is a complete collision estimating service covering all of northeastern Ohio. We handle automobiles, heavy equipment of all kinds, boats, classic automobiles, motorcycles, farm and contruction equipment. In addition, all automobile estimates are completed using the Mitchell computer estimating system.

1. FAST SERVICE - We offer a 12 hour contact and a 48 to 72 hour turn around.

2. COMMUNICATION - We keep you and the owner informed of the status of the appraisal at all times while it is in our hands unless otherwise requested. We will advise of aftermarket and LKQ use where appropriate. We will discuss and negotiate Betterment per your guidelines.
