| Current President Dan Maxson and members of the society have partnered with the Lake Erie Monsters team (AHL affiliate of the NHL Colorado Avalanche) in a season long player introduction video at the Q in downtown Cleveland. The six minute video features the Fairport Lighthouse and several of the village children as extras. The Monsters are thankful for the opportunity to use the village icon in their game day programming and to publicize the historical society museum to over 500,000 citizens of N.E. Ohio in 2009, 2010 |
