They are all large cottages accommodating 7-8 people comfortably. The Bedrooms are upstairs leaving your family plenty of room to enjoy the living area, kitchen, bathroom and spacious screened in porch with a swing, glider, table and chairs provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy Lake Erie's summer breeze. The cottages do not have air conditioning. Great Golf complete with 18 holes within easy walking distance. We are located conveniently on Main Street about one block from all shops, amusements and restaurants! North to Rt 90... take Rt 90 West to Rt 534... then go North on Rt 534 to Rt 531 (Lake Road) - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cottage Reservation Information Please specify number of persons in your party and week or weeks desired. Deposits will be refunded upon checkout. This deposit also acts as a cleaning and damage deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. Monies paid for rent are refunded if cancellation is received in our office 30 days prior to your reservation date. An additional fee of $10.00 per day will be charged for each guest exceeding the cottage accommodations. No Pets Allowed Unless special arrangements are made...please bring linens, blankets and silverware. A minimum supply of cooking utensils are provided. Visa, Mastercard & Discover are accepted. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Motel Reservation Information To reserve a motel unit you may use Credit Card, Cash or Money Order. Personal Checks are accepted for deposits . We require a 48 hour cancellation notice to have money refunded. Check in is 2pm - Check out is 11am Reservation will be held until 4pm unless other arrangements are made. Please notify us of late arrivals. April to June 18. June 18-September they are $550.00 per week Cottages # 4, 12 & 13 are $550.00 per week April to June 18. June 18-September they are $650.00 per week Plus 6.5% Sales Tax and 8% Bed Tax The 2% increase in County Bed tax is being charged to help build the new 16 million dollar County Lodge within GOTL. $50.00 security deposit is required to reserve a cottage. This deposit is also a cleaning and breakage deposit. It is refunded only upon check out if the cottage is in a clean condition. Deposits are not refunded upon cancellation. Rent is due 30 days prior to your reservation. Rent is Refundable if a Cancellation is Received in our Office 30 Days Prior to Check In.
